Health Prime ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Health Prime, you agree to this policy.
Health Prime is developed and maintained by Dhruvisha Jagani. The app may be listed under different developer names across app stores, but this Privacy Policy applies to all versions of the Health Prime app regardless of the platform.
Health Prime is a Health & Fitness app for tracking mood, habits, sleep, menstrual cycles, hydration, breathing exercises, and energy levels. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1. No Account Required
You can use Health Prime fully without creating an account. We do not collect or require your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identity information. All wellness data is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers. Health Prime does not use user accounts, cloud profiles, or server-side wellness storage.
2. Data We Collect
A. Wellness Data (Stored Locally Only)
All data you enter — mood, habits, sleep, menstrual cycles, water intake, breathing sessions, energy levels — is saved entirely on your device. It is never sent to us, our servers, or any third party.
B. Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Pseudonymous Technical Data Only)
We use Google Firebase to fix bugs and improve the app. Firebase may automatically collect the following pseudonymous technical data:
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Country or region (not precise location)
- Language and locale settings
- Pseudonymous app usage events (e.g., screens visited, features used)
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
- Firebase Installation ID — a randomly generated pseudonymous identifier tied to your app install, not to you personally; it resets when you reinstall the app
- App Instance ID — a pseudonymous session-level identifier used to group analytics events; it is not linked to your identity
This data is pseudonymous technical analytics data. It is not used to identify you personally and is used only to understand how the app performs and where it can be improved.
C. Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token
To send app-level messages (such as update announcements or important notices), FCM assigns your device a pseudonymous registration token. This token is randomly generated, not linked to your identity, not used for advertising or tracking, and is automatically invalidated when you uninstall the app. FCM is not used for wellness reminders — those are handled entirely by local on-device notifications.
We do NOT collect:
Your name, email, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, call logs, SMS, photos, camera or microphone data, financial information, or browsing history. Health Prime does not collect precise GPS location data at any point.
3. Health & Sensitive Data — Special Protection
As a Health & Fitness app, some data you enter (mood, sleep, menstrual cycles) is considered sensitive health data under global laws including GDPR, India's DPDP Act, and Apple/Google platform policies. We treat it with the highest level of care:
- Stored on your device only — never uploaded, transmitted, or backed up by us
- Never shared with any third party, advertiser, insurer, employer, or data broker
- Never used for any secondary purpose such as research, analytics, or advertising
- We do not intentionally transmit wellness entries to Firebase or any external service — only pseudonymous app usage events are collected by Firebase
- Health Prime does not perform automated medical decision-making or clinical profiling
- Health Prime does not provide cloud backup or cloud synchronization of wellness data through developer-controlled servers
- Health Prime does not currently access Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect / Google Fit data
- Health Prime does not collect precise GPS location data
- Health Prime does not collect biometric identifiers, medical records, or biometric measurements.
Wellness entries and health-related data are never transmitted to Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM, or any third-party service.
You are always in full control. Delete your data anytime by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
4. Notifications
A. Local Notifications (On-Device, No Internet Required)
All wellness reminders in Health Prime — including habit nudges, hydration alerts, mood check-ins, and any other tracking reminders — are delivered as local notifications. These are scheduled and triggered entirely on your device.
- Local notifications do not use the internet or any external server
- No data leaves your device to deliver a local notification
- Reminders are generated based on the reminder schedule you configure inside the app
- You can enable or disable individual local notifications from within the app settings
- You can also disable all local notifications at the OS level: iOS — Settings > Notifications > Health Prime. Android — Settings > Apps > Health Prime > Notifications
B. Firebase Cloud Messaging — FCM (App Updates & Announcements Only)
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) solely to send important app-level messages such as update announcements, policy changes, or critical service notices. FCM is NOT used for wellness reminders or habit tracking notifications.
- FCM assigns your device a pseudonymous registration token used only to deliver these app-level messages
- The FCM token is randomly generated and not linked to your personal identity
- FCM tokens are not used for advertising, profiling, or identity tracking
- FCM token data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy
- The FCM token is automatically invalidated when you uninstall the app
You can disable FCM notifications at any time using your device's OS-level notification settings as described above.
5. How We Use Your Data
- To run the app and save wellness data on your device
- To deliver local on-device wellness reminders you have configured (no internet required)
- To send app-level announcements and update notices via FCM (with your notification permission)
- To detect and fix app crashes and performance issues (pseudonymous Firebase analytics data only)
- To understand pseudonymous app usage patterns and improve the app
- To comply with applicable legal obligations related to app operation and security
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
6. No Advertising
Health Prime does not display advertisements. We do not use any advertising network, advertising ID, or ad tracking. We do not monetize your health data in any way. Your data is never shared with or sold to advertisers.
7. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share your wellness data with anyone. We share only limited pseudonymous technical data with these service providers, solely to operate the app:
- Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — pseudonymous crash and performance data only
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — push notification delivery only
Both are provided by Google LLC and governed by Google's privacy policy and data processing agreements, including Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers where required.
We do not integrate any social media SDKs, third-party analytics beyond Firebase, or data broker services.
We may disclose data if required by law or government authority. Where permitted, we will notify you.
8. Data Storage & Retention
- Wellness data: on your device only — permanently deleted from the app unless preserved by your device operating system or backup service
- Firebase Analytics data: pseudonymous technical usage data, retained by Google for up to 14 months per Google's standard retention policy. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
- Firebase Crashlytics data: pseudonymous technical crash reports, retained by Google for 90 days
- FCM token: automatically invalidated when you uninstall the app
9. International Data Transfers
Your personal wellness data never leaves your device. Pseudonymous Firebase analytics and FCM data may be processed on Google's global servers. Google complies with international transfer requirements through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other GDPR-approved mechanisms.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Since wellness data lives on your device, you can delete it instantly by clearing app data or uninstalling.
EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR): Firebase analytics is processed under legitimate interests (app improvement). FCM is based on your notification consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA) if you are not satisfied with how we handle your data. California, USA (CCPA / CPRA): We do not sell personal data. You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sharing.
India (DPDP Act 2023): Contact us at healthprime368@gmail.com for any grievance. We will acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 30 days.
Brazil (LGPD) / Canada (PIPEDA) / Australia (Privacy Act 1988): We respect your rights under these laws. Contact us at healthprime368@gmail.com to exercise any applicable right.
11. Children's Privacy
Health Prime is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app, contact us at healthprime368@gmail.com and we will delete any associated data immediately.
12. Data Security
- We do not maintain developer-controlled servers for storing wellness entries — your wellness data remains on your device
- Firebase services use Google's enterprise-grade, encrypted infrastructure
- We apply data minimization — we collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the app
- No advertising IDs or tracking identifiers are collected or processed by us
In the event of a security incident involving Firebase or FCM, we may notify affected users and relevant authorities where required by applicable law (e.g., within 72 hours under GDPR Article 33).
13. App Store & Platform Compliance
Google Play Data Safety: Our Data Safety form accurately reflects this policy. We collect pseudonymous technical analytics (no precise location, no contacts, no SMS). All health data is device-only.
Apple App Store (App Privacy): Our App Privacy label accurately reflects this policy. We do not track users across apps or websites. All health and fitness data is on-device only. We comply with Apple's Health & Fitness category guidelines and HealthKit rules (if applicable in future).

15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice before they take effect.
